Holistic Therapy

Service Description

Holistic therapy combines different approaches to achieve each clients' emotional, spiritual, physical and psychological needs. I use the birth chart analysis to point me to general energy and natural tendencies as well as childhood wounds, life mission and soul purpose then I customize a plan that can include DBT therapy approach and/or CBT to help my clients change core believe and unwanted habits.
